TERMS AND CONDITIONS SUMMARY
FS Technical Services Ltd, with its registered office at Unit 10, Brooklands Court, Kettering Park Way, Kettering, United Kingdom, NN15 6FD, is the Broker.  In these Terms and Conditions (Terms), FS Technical Services Ltd is individually and collectively referred to as “FS” “we” “our” or “us”.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement (“​Agreement​”) between you and FS governing your access to and use of the FS Platform/website (“site”) and services, whether as a guest or as a registered user. ​The Site, Services and FS together are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “​ FS” and/or “Platform​” and/or “Site”. All parties, Platforms and websites mentioned above are referred to as “FS”.
Please read the Terms carefully before using our site and/or services as by using our site and/or services in any manner (even just browsing) or by submitting an application, you will be deemed to have accepted and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and bound by any express consents, given by you from time to time and any documents we refer to, or Policies and statements that are listed and/or appear on our site by us. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company, organisation, government, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that (a) you are authorised to do so, (b) the entity agrees to be legally bound by the Terms and (c) neither you nor the entity are barred from using the Services or accepting the Terms under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

Updates on the Platform/website are to be taken as Precedent if they conflict with this or any other Terms and/or policy. FS reserves the right to modify, change or delete any term without prior notice. If you do not agree then you do not have our permission to enter the Platform.

Minimum Age - The Services and Website are available only to persons who are 18 or the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is the greater) and can form legally binding contracts under the applicable law. If you do not qualify, please do not use the Services or access the Platform.

Registration - In order to use the Services, you must establish an Account by registering with FS. You may be required to submit a valid means of payment for which you are authorised to use. You will provide true, accurate, current and complete information when registering for an Account and will update the information as necessary, to keep your Account and payment information current. As part of the registration process, you will provide FS with a username and password for your Account. FS reserves the right to refuse registration of or cancel accounts for any reason without notice. Please see the Platform for more information.

Your Relationship with FS
FS is a broker an intermediary, it is not and does not become a party to, or other participant in any contractual relationship between a Buyer and Seller and/or other user, nor is FS an insurer. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and FS as a result of this Agreement or your use of the FS Platform and/or Services. In other words, we are simply the middleman. The Service we are offering and our aim is to send and/or get you the best deal/price possible for quality traffic, which can be evidenced by your earnings per click (EPC) Please see Policy on Revenue and the information on the Platform explaining payments, procedures and what you need to do to join.

Agreed Conduct
You agree that you shall not use the Platform for any illegal purposes and that you will respect all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Platform in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt or manipulate the content or information available on the Platform or reduce the overall functionality of the Platform. The work on the Platform and the images, logos, text and other such information is the property of FS. You agree not to compromise the security of the Platform or attempt to gain access to secure areas or attempt to access any sensitive information you may believe exist on the Platform or server or where it is hosted. You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, losses, liability, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the Terms and Conditions. You agree that you do not have any additional rights (including implied licenses, rights or covenants) granted by any means or any claims related to the Platforms Terms, the Services, or the software related to the Services. Please see above policy You agree the Service is available only to Users who submit truthful and accurate information about themselves and maintain the accuracy of such information (which includes a valid email address), who do not impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent their identity. You agree the Service is available only to Users in a profile or elsewhere on the Platform and you will not authorise others to use your account, profile, or messages and you will not reveal any information you gain from our Service to any other person or company or representative. Users agree to inform FS immediately upon learning of a security breach that relates to their account or a third party’s improper use of the Service in connection with their account. Cancellation
FS reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or block access to the Platform or Service’s at its sole discretion for any reason and without notice.
